What can I do on MyAdrianFlux?

Here’s a list of just some of the things you can do with your MyAdrianFlux account:

  • View your policy booklets and insurance documents
  • Make payments, and changes to your credit agreement (if you pay monthly)
  •  View your inbox and letters that we send you
  • Request changes to your policies such as adding a driver, amending your address or changing your vehicle
  • Contact us via webchat
  • Request a call back if you’d like to discuss insuring a different vehicle/home
  • View your renewal date and set reminders in the calendar
  • Access your renewal invitation and pay for your renewal
  • Update your account information, including making changes to your email address or phone number

How do I log in to MyAdrianFlux?

Simply use the username and password which you created at the time you signed up.

If you haven’t signed up, please click on the invite we sent to you at the time your policy was created, or send us a message and we’ll issue a new invitation.

What happens when I update my car insurance on MyAdrianFlux?

Once you make a change online using one of our request forms, one of our team will be on hand to read and review the changes you’ve requested and check whether we’re able to make that change on your existing policy, if we can offer something different that suits your needs, or if we need anything else from you.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will contact you to let you know how we’ve proceeded – whether we’ve made the change, if we can offer you a better quote with a different premium, or whether we need additional information.

The form is designed to send us information about the changes you’d like to make; you won’t be covered for those changes until after they’ve been confirmed by our team. You must wait to receive written confirmation by email from us that a change has been made before you can start acting under the requested level of cover. 

For example: If you ask to add or change a driver, the new driver must wait to drive or ride the vehicle until you have received our written confirmation that your cover has been changed. The same would apply if you ask to swap your vehicle.

For any urgent changes, or if you need immediate confirmation on your insurance, you should call us instead of submitting the form.

But if your change isn’t urgent, submitting this via MyAdrianFlux is easier and means you can avoid waiting on hold.
