Porsche Prophet Magnus Walker
Magnus Walker is a mainstay of the automotive blogosphere. With a collection of Porsche 911s almost as spectacular as his locks, the Englishman in LA builds gobsmacking recreations and tweaked 911s – and has attracted a legion of filmmakers who have sought to document his own particular take on what makes the Porsche brand a global cult.
We stumbled across this Japanese made video recently and wanted to share once more – the filmmaker has managed to capture the dynamic experience of driving an old Porsche – and the backdrop of nocturnal LA is a perfect setting for framing both the 911’s visceral qualities and Magnus’s distinctive brand of mid-atlantic laconia.
