Though Zagato is one of the most controversial automotive styling houses of the twentieth century, we think you will enjoy some of the most interesting and beautiful of the carrozzeria’s creations.
Zagato have always stood out in my mind with their “unusual” styling. I own an Alfa Romeo ES30, built (but not designed) by them.
The recent loss (Elio Zagato 1921-2009) of the founders son has saddened all of us enthusiasts who have just celebrated the companies 90th year whilst at the Dutch Alfa weekend in Zandvoort.
Elio’s spirit lives on through his Son who will no doubt keep the design studio full of new ideas….
